Artist's Description

This beautiful moose was in a Park in Anchorage called Far North Bi-Centennial Park. It is a busy park, occupied by large wildlife and humans doing what we do here..biking hiking and the like. This guy is an older fella. He likes to follow us sometimes…why we don’t know. But he seems to enjoy human interaction at least a bit. I was fine where I was..he actually couldn’t see me very well. Problems started though when about six noisy 12 year olds on bikes parked themselves behind me to go "Oh look…look " at the top of their lungs. I almost charged them myself for being so silly. (These were kids that grew up here not tourists). But I was between them and him so I became the target since I had to reveal myself. So, we have a motion blurred moose, but he’s showing off the rack that could have ended me had I not learned a long time ago how to jump backwards over logs LOL.
