G’day

My name is Isabel Jean Coote but my friends call me Cootie. Pleased to meet you!

I’ve recently made the decision to use my middle name Isabel instead of Jean, apologies about any confusion :)

I Live in NSW, Australia…. I dont get to go out and shoot as much as I wish, but really enjoy picking up the camera gear when I do!

I just LOVE all things floral and have recently found a mad passion for food photography…. this is followed closely by a love of waterfalls, seascapes and horse racing!

I shoot with a Canon EOS 50D, I have a normal 200mm kit lens, and a EF 100mm f/2.8 USM lens. I love Canon and will never use anything else!

Up until now (October 2011) I have been completely self taught ~ I’m now a diploma student with The Photography Institute, Melbourne.

I really enjoy mucking around and trying new things, and often find myself practising particular type of shot until i feel i’ve nailed it :)
