Photography has been a passion of mine since I was a kid. I was blessed enough to learn if from my Dad. Believe it or not, I actually started off with a 110 camera! Moved on to 35mm when I saved up for a Minolta XG1 and got into B&W, then slides, on to color prints, and back to B&W in Jr. college.
Later in life husband surprised me with a B&W darkroom when we bought our house. I went back to color 35mm while after that, but it took a lot to get into digital. How could it be real?? But finding the Sony 707 with a Carl Zeiss lens is what did it! WOW! THE lens man put his work into digital photography, it must be good…and it is! I LOVE it! Whether I use the picture as-is, or edit with Corel Paint Shop Photo Pro (and I consider most of that the same as I would do in a dark room), it’s still the freedom of photography that I’ve enjoyed all my life. Another big advantage now is being able to take 120 photos of a sunset and being thrilled to get 3 or 4 “keepers”.
My Husband, SofaKingWeird, turned me on to redbubble, and I look forward to my experience here. Thank you for visiting.
