Thanks Christine. I use quite a bit of water with my acrylic. I also add a medium. I am just trying to create a bit more color than watercolor allows. I am going to try watercolor as an underpainting for pastel and see what that presents. Still searching. I have been painting about 2 years. Currently taking classes in pencil drawing, watercolor, pastel and acrylic.
