Absolutely gorgeous work Cooki!! You aren’t selling this?
cooki
I think I screwed up. I have accidently posted it twice because I was trying to make it “for sale”. The message was that it was too small. How big does it have to be? And should I delete it ….once.

Thanks for making this a favorite. I don’t know exactly what that means and what happens now. Does it give some kind of points or something. Anyway, I know its a complement and I thank you…:-)

So colorful and pretty. I think I remember seeing this one before. It does have the look of a painting. I like how you composed it filling the frame with color.
cooki
Yes you have seen it before. A few years ago this is what I did with all of my flower shots. I have been shooting mostly single flowers lately. I might go back to this. I wish I could find my niche. Photograph, Paint, draw, portraits, landscapes, flowers …..whew.
Susan Bergstrom
Absolutely Fantastic…Reminds me of the block paintings I teach to my art students…just paint the blocks of color…wonderful!

Thanks Susan. So you are an art teacher. That makes me all the more honored that you find my work acceptable. I’m also open to critique and suggestion.:-)

Another great one. Photoshop did a wonderful job making this look like a painting. I thought it was until I read your description. Another favorite.

Oops made a mistake ….....yes there was some Photoshop filters on this one. I have a version of it that was pretty much out of the “shoot”.
cooki
There was very little photoshop on this one. I mostly used the sharpen in the filters but did use levels and contrast.

Beautiful-love the colors

Thanks Pamela. This was the way I chose to capture flower a few years ago. I have strayed from this “wallpaper” look. Perhaps I should re-visit this approach.
