Just guessing, here, but it seems to me that whenever someone on my watchlist posts a new work, that goes into the lineup. Also when a group I belong to posts challenge winners or features, those go into the lineup too. So, you could say that the computer picks them. Or, in a sense, you do it yourself. :-D

Yes they are new works by those artists you have chosen for your watchlist that appear across the top of your My Bubble Overview Page.
