started drawing in 1959…using the grid system, drew everything all the time.
Even in the Army, kept drawing and got introduced to color, and after an honorable discharge, started construction work. All told, 25 years of insulation, itchy but rewarding work. Occasionally bring home pieces of wood to paint on, finally had first solo show in 1995 at Utrillo’s Gallery in Indianapolis. Two more solo shows there and started showing yearly at the April Show in Indianapolis.
