I did get a reading of 213 degrees (above boiling) prior to taking photos. Never leave an animal or child in a car.

wow Paul! That is hot. I could not imagine leaving one of our 4 dogs or a child in the car. Sadly enough someone will, thinking it will only be for a few minutes.
