Enter the Rainbow
Ever wonder what the inside of a rainbow looks like?
Here is a close-up view. A sprinkler shoots water, the droplets refract the light.
Inside the rainbow, each little droplet is lit up by the Sun. Each one with their own color, as seen by the viewer. As they all move about the colors merge into a rainbow

What a beauty.. Great idea.. Early light ?

Actually late light. Last evening, around 6:45PM. I was trying to capture some hummingbirds, the sprinklers were on. I had my new lens and figured, why not zoom into a rainbow!
So I was dodging one sprinkler to shoot another.

Really interesting perspective! I never thought to try to see the rainbow colors so closely! Very clever!

Thank you! It was more inspiration than planning.
