Contrast on Ice - I
Surface Ice and all the contrasts that go with it.
This ice formed on a pool cover, and the photo was taken early in the morning, while the Sun was low. The cover was slightly shaken to allow the water to have motion. This added to the reflective qualities and makes it look like liquid metal.

This is all too a familiar scene where I live. I live on a hill and it is really fun getting up and down that hill when it has two inches of ice. I llike the shapes and reflections.xxxx
Paul Gitto replied
I enjoyed how the water and ice played on each other.

It is a common sight here, unfortunately.
