Paul Gitto, a.k.a. cometman is a retired dentist from Whiting, New Jersey . Whiting is located in the Pine Barrens of Southern New Jersey.
Paul is a nature photographer, who has had his images published a 3 books, including, Criticizing Photographs ,The Universe 365 Days and, More Small Astronomical Observatories .
His photos have also been published at multiple websites at NASA, including Astronomy Picture of the Day , Earth Science Picture of the Day , and Spaceweather.com .

Paul is an avid nature enthusiast, bible scholar, astronomer, astrophotographer and a lecturer / planetarium operator at Novins Planetarium at Ocean County College .
Paul’s nature photography includes Wildlife, Atmospheric Optics , Sunsets, the Pine Barrens and various other objects pertaining to hidden beauty found in nature.
