These flowers always taking me back to my grandparents (z”l) garden… Their shared garden was almost nothing, but these flower which has the most delicate soft colour and look.

They are absolutely devine and you captured them so beautiful Nira! The “Plumbago auriculata” is indiginous to South Africa and a very popular garden flower, we also have the white “Plumbago zeylanica. Plumbago is a popular plant world wide. The blue and the white flowers/ plants are identical. Well done! xxxx

Dear Mags, thanks so much for the visit and wonderful comments. This morning I actually needed the name of the flower, and YOU, Simply provided it to me :-)... The” Plumbago auriculata”, used to be quite common in Israel at the 70-80, as far as I can remember… Somehow it seems to me, it is less seen here, then in the past, I think the reason for it is, that there are much more kinds of plants now in Israel then used to be… SO perhaps this is why it seems to me, the “Plumbago auriculata” is seen less. I’m not sure I saw the White “Plumbago zeylanica ” here, ever.
