Another chapter from My Book of Feathers
I see the Peacock as the most significant symbol, as where my REAL ART, Once started. True, that I always loved to draw as a kid, and even one of my painting back then, was sent to Jerusalem for an exhibition – ” Children of the World paint Jerusalem ” ... Yet, the inner main decision of becoming an artist was taken later in my life , around the time I was 18-20 years old.
Around that time, I made probably my first peacocks painting, that is still with me somewhere, it signifies for me, the real beginning of my painting.
Each feather of Peacock might seem similar, yet it is different. For the change, that is occurring each day, every single moment,in life, even if sometimes, we fail to notice it… Because It was always there written on a piece of feather, sealed with love.
Thanks for being with me, as part of the story of my life…
May it be long lasting, healthy, fulfilling and full with energies of LOVE.
Love YOU !! Nira ~~ !.
