The Birth of Heart and Soul
This was inspired when i went to a poetry reading and also an image i been wanted to depict for my poem “Papermate”....The name of this piece was thought of by my friend “Flames” – which is a good poet on here check him if you can….This piece is done in Prismacolor in my sketchbook…..I’m real proud of this piece …let me know what you think of it….
Whenever i write or draw its like i’m creating life…every piece to me is a child to me…and i love everyone of them…...

My pencil is my projector
Projecting my images to the world
Whether its my drawings or creative writings
It breathes life into them
Allowing them to speak to the world
My pencil is a mother to many bringing life into the world
Beautiful children who are loved by all
Children who’s presence leave some speechless, others appalled
She conceals many more
Many more who will spring a foot when the time is right
She my translator to those who don’t understand me
My voice allowing me to speak to many near or far
She allows others to see my world
The visionary who helps me bring sight to the blind
Without her I’m robbed of my tongue
Speechless unable to communicate
Allows me to elaborate what the brain thinks up
Empowering me, the generator who keeps me moving through the storm
The puma’s that keep me on track, allowing me to cross the finish line
Combined a force that can’t become untwained
One that makes its mark
I guess that why its labeled #2
