"A Hole Spawned By Anger"
The whole story about this one is…
– I got angry with my girlfriend at the time
and didn’t want to inflict anybody with my rage
so i punch the wall…...YEAH I KNOW ITS STUPID
But its better then hitting someone ….and hitting a pillow is corny
I need a punching bag…lmao!!! lol
– So the name “A hole spawned by anger and pain”
derives from the “pain” being what happening between me and my girlfriend
as well as the anger….the pain can also be what i felt after a couple of hours
after i hit the wall …lol

Honest work! I like that you can express it! These things happen… material things can be replaced, lives can’t. Hope you got a punch bag though as it not really cost effective! LOL

awesome work… I think many young guys have to deal with rage. Its a VERY powerful emotion and can be difficult to control. There is nothing wrong with anger.. as long as it can be channeled into something constructive … like your artwork. Uncontrolled it can become totally destructive.

I am also really inspired by your honesty. So many people feel rage yet try to cover it up and push it from their minds. I also think that anger and violence is almost always a two way street. Many times I have felt like hitting people in the moment and have been hit myself. My way of dealing with it is to journal write until I get deep enough to know what caused the loss of control. In most instances I find inner frustration in myself and the other person that fuelled the incidents. Takes 2 to tango and most of us are carrying things that we don’t want others to know about. Sometimes even we have forgotten that we are hiding these things inside. This is where embracing rage can be so productive for all.
