Washed Up by

In Newfoundland, Canada, it is a regular summertime practice to go to the beach and scoop the capelin up in nets, buckets or whatever is available, as the capelin “roll in” in the millions each year at end of June or early July.

This little guy rolled in a tad too far.

Wonderful details and textures here. And yikes, this is pretty far removed from the sandy beaches I’m used to LOL!

Yeah Damien, sandy beaches are few and far between here in Newfoundland.
