Horse Guards Parade is a large parade ground off Whitehall in central London. The area has been used for a variety of reviews, parades and other ceremonies since the 17th century and is the site where Trooping the Colour annually celebrates the monarch’s official birthday. Here is the northern side of the buildings, Old Admiralty catching the sunlight, but with dark clouds behind.
