“Love is like water,” sighed Jen over lunch. “You can’t live without it, it’s refreshing at first but in the end it all becomes a bit boring and predictable.”
“Oh I don’t know,” giggled Maria, from accounts. “I wouldn’t mind having a night full of loving on tap.”
“You’d drown yourself with your past record of lovers,” interjected Aliona, before turning to Jen. “So I figure all’s not well in Jeff land?”
“Maybe it’s just me,” replied Jen. “But I sometimes wonder why I should have water all the time when a delicious Mocha is available.”
Automatically all eyes at the table looked towards Marvin, the star salesman and company stud, sat on the other side of the staff canteen.
“Mmmm, yes,” gushed Maria. “Now that is one hot chocolate I’d definitely take to bed.”
“And let’s face it,” added Jen. “What would you rather dunk a hobnob with?”
