So glad you all like this shot…it was indeed an awesome storm and I just shot away.. as you do!!! ....over 100 photos later!!!! and I’m so glad I did capture this, it was a breathtaking flight, not frightening at all….just enjoyed nature in it’s awesomeness.     when i first looked at this work i was attracted, but i didn’t know what it is. i thought about it and realized it’s the spiritual feel. there is nothing more spiritual than natural light. love it.

    Wow thank you so much Zhao, that’s the feeling I have about this too. In fact during that whole trip I felt oddly at peace with the storm and it was that light that was ever present that seemed to make it ok. When I was thinking about the naming of this work that spiritual feeling cane to me as well. Many thanks for the compliment of thinking about my work Zhao, that is very heartwarming.

    You’ve gotten a wonderful stormy formation here, and I can just imagine the thrill of riding through it. That part of the country has amazing skies that go on an eternity. Even from the ground you can watch a storm developing in the distance, move toward you, and move over then past you, it’s all so wide open.
