The CNIDRKO Initiative.
CNIDRKO (pronounced “Connie Darko”) is the brain child of independent Australian filmmaker and photographer Conner Williams. CNIDRKO Originally started in 2011 when Conner and friends from hometown Wagga Wagga, NSW, formed a skate team with the intention of traveling the country and entering various competitions. This continued for the better part of 2011 with most of the team competing in regional skate comps throughout Victoria and New South Wales.
At the end of 2011 the skate team decided to call it a day and go their separate ways. In 2012 CNIDRKO moved to Melbourne to pursue the endeavour of creating a brand of photography and film-making that is distinct and unique.
In 2014 CNIDRKO, now in its third year, plans to release its first documentary focusing on regional music scenes and the musicians that come from regional and rural Australia.
