To sages old, the moonbeams lead.
Books all known, led to read.
Dusted knowledge, planted seed.

Truth – a shadow of brilliant light.
Understanding lost to sight.
Darkness blankets what is right.

Weary eyes with mind awake.
Soul asleep so dreams can take
reality for sanity’s sake.

Caressed by what has been,
psyche lost to that not seen.
Understanding left to glean.

Beating drum, a racing heart:
Adam’s fall – all thoughts start.
Apple and Eve not apart.

That forbidden – a leaf did hide.
Puberty reached – God to deride
the rise and fall of nature’s tide.

Serpent slithers free of Life.
Man is cursed and full of strife,
taking woman for his wife.

God and Satan: Yin and Yang.
Eternal love, Angels sang.
From this tree did Judas hang.

Traitor painted – tainted brush.
Tragic action, fodder lush.
Learned men did loudly hush.

On a crafted tree was nailed.
Hung from living one so failed.
Story told by Church derailed.

Thinking man seeks answers sought:
Wise men trust in that they wrought.
Action creates Divine thought.

Paths entwined reside in grey.
Contemplation has its say.
The Moon is full, night and day.

Purpose of this verse is clear –
Question all so all can hear.
Heart and Mind becomes the Seer.

The Perfect One belongs not here.
