Following the RB discussion about photographing live musicians, I wanted to put my ballet pics from the 1970s out there. As a journalist in London and in Sydney, I had access to photocalls and this is another from Don Quixote. The music for Don Q is repetitive; on the third repeat, the other photographers at the call snapped simultaneously causing Nureyev and Lucette Aldous to laugh. I was a fraction late and caught their smiles.
