Photography became something special to me on the day I took my Tranquility photo. For the first time, as I stood somewhere isolated and new to me, I realised that at that precise moment I was the only one seeing the world in exactly the way it lay before me… and the thirst to capture the magic I saw, so that it might last more than those fleeting moments, became my passion for photography. These images are always for myself, for the moments that I couldn’t leave behind… but I’m discovering such amazing joy in sharing these pieces of time with those who were never there to see them.
All proceeds from the sale of this Koala photograph will be donated to the Red Cross Victorian Bushfires Appeal. Thank you for your support.
