This was taken off the beach at San Lameer, south of Durban in South Africa.
We had just taken a long walk down beach and were returning at dusk. We suddenly noticed this weird V form in the sky above us over the ocean and I took a couple of shots out of interest as it was so unusual (the sunset was behind us).
It was only after researching what we saw, that I realised that we had witnessed what cloud watchers consider to be quite an unusual phenomenon.
