Rough Night by Clive
Flying at around 45,000 feet, about one hour before arriving in Dubai during my flight to the UK, I woke to see this fierce, but beautiful storm out the window of the aircraft, the storm only lasted about 15 minutes, during which it turned on a magnificent light show. Images taken from above the storm.
If you look closely at the lower centre of the image you will see a very unusual and extremely rare sight of 5 lightning bolts running side by side.
