Going Up
Taken at the Rip, Port Phillip Heads Victoria Australia on 13.12.08.
The Pilot vessen was on his way out to meet an outgoing ship, but had to pass through the notorious Rip first. Faced with heavy seas and gale force winds. This pilot vessel is fourty foot long to give you an indication of the size of the swell.

Thanks Ken, I can asure you I had a very sound footing where I was, we had gale force winds, seas up to around 40 foot and driving rain, great day for it
