I have managed to extend my equipment for not a lot of money
you will have to follow the links and the auctions may well be over, but these things are relisted all the time as it is an ebay shop and not just an auction
I must point out that I have no association with any of the Ebayers os their shops I am just pointing you at cheap places for top notch gear
I used the Softbox and one of the worklights from my other Cheapo post to produce This
80 CM, 32’ ’ Softbox
50 CM, 20’ ’ Softbox
this is really cheap and very good quality too 5 in 1 different surfaces Black, Silver White Gold, and without the surfaces can be used as a diffuser

this place has Filters cheap you will obviously have to search for your own make and sizes but they are there

and here I got a UV filter for 1 Penny ! Ok the postage took the price up to 4 Pounds but even that is reasonable for a UV Filter, plus they do batteries for almost any make of camera Suntekstore

Had a look on ebay for lenses the other day too. have you ever bought lenses from there? Or second hand lenses elsewhere? Im just a bit worried about getting it and it’s not in the condition that the person said it would be in.

I haven’t bought any lenses from Ebay, but everything I have bought so far has been real and not some cheap knock off
over four thousand pounds worth of stuff ranging from a UV filter all the way up to a 18 foot by 12 foot bouncy castle LOL
if you get something dodgy from Ebay they do have a whole system for resolving issues, but the one thing you should do is use a CC or paypal, you can get your money back quite quickly apparently
