This image was done near British Camp on the Malvern Hills, I love lone trees and this one really caught my eye, its gnarled and battered look give it character.
I took the image with the tripod fully opened out, this enabled me to get low enough to get the tree above the skyline, this was important as I really liked the sky. The main difficulty was in trying to keep out of the early light as it hit the tree and bracken.
