The National Historic Site of Britannia Beach is situated above the Sea to Sky Highway, between Vancouver and Whistler, and is home to the BC Mining Museum
Nice shot, Cliff. I drove past the mining museum some years ago, but missed this view. I was looking the other way at the museum itself. X-Files was big at the time and I recognised the museum as some kind of government/alien record storage facility from the show :-)
Lovely shot! Is it just me or would this look like a picture from Thailand somewhere if the trees on the right weren’t there? The water color and the architecture of the house just seems a bit tropical :)
