A moment not to be missed, I have gone, giggle tripping on legs not ready yet, I aim for the freedom of white ahead, tears before bed, but till then, let me be a child.
A grabbed candid shot whilst walking out of St Mary’s Abbey in York ( North Yorkshire, England) on a cold snow filled day. Billy, for that seems to be the name we remember, took one last look at the snowy banks and went for it, adult laughing and shouting at the same time behind. The other couples doing what people do in romantic ruins in snow, stay warm and ignore shoppers going past. as for the tears, they happened when he got told to come back, well after a “no I wont!” stomp that is and a cold sit down in the snow protest ;)

As you can see dear sir, I am on the straight and narrow path leading out of the church 0:) lol heard the child’s laughter and mum’s shouting first and was lucky that the camera was at waist height all ready as i was walking, took the shot blind and was chuffed that it had caught it. Thanks ET
And caught it you did. Billy is a man after my own heart. I’ve never had ANY trouble saying NO. Have said yes a few times, too, especially to Dr Ping. Great little slice of life here. As oor ET says, a Rather Fine Result, Richard.
