Abstraction of autumn into winter by

Escapee from garden confines, confined,
white ghosts of tomorrow’s present,
tomb guests unwrapping to an ancient curse,
some to fly and some to fall on stone.

Walking across one of York’s, ( North Yorkshire, England), strays, I came across an escapee Honesty plant. So take one cold snowy afternoon and have some fun in the warm, looking for faces and shapes within these wind dried seed heads.

Shot on an Olympus E30.

Converted into black and white and best viewed large.
