Between fullness and release by

Bloom of civil strife and heart,
beauty of the thorn revealed,
tale of book and verse reborn,
soon to fade, but still remembered.

A day wasted waiting for a delivery to turn up, raining and gloomy outside, frustration in a capture and you end up with something to make you smile. A fading rose, freshened up with a cold spray of water, a stray cat hair and some b/w fun.

Shot in York, North Yorkshire, England

Converted into black and white and best viewed large.

Shot on an Olympus E30.
