Echoing lines of deposit and wear, scattered memories of ancient woods, a hard won battle to live, pockmarked by sweat and tears.
The landscape not far from Kirby Malham, in North Yorkshire on a wonderfully winter day between snow showers, brought the lines of the trees in to stark focus.
Cropped to make the most of panoramic view of the lens and the Four Thirds ratio and part of a project.
Converted into black and white and best viewed large,

G’day RICHARD!
As soon as I clapped eyes on this vast winter landscape my shiny blue peepers zig-zagged right through the scene. It was a great experience and one that tells me you did a magnificent job in selecting, composing, photographing, processing and presenting this lovely piece of work. I shall come back to this one again … and again… 8-)

Thank you Dennis, the problem along here is there are so many views, you have to be selective sometimes :)
