Despite the minus on the temperature gauge,
despite the curtaining snow,
despite the evening drawing in,
still the hope survives.

Loved the fact this place was still open and ready to serve the brave who dared the weather to sit and enjoy the NYC night life passing by.

I’m one of those people (are there others?) who are of two minds about New York. I enjoy the occasional visit, & my eye absorbs a ton of stuff while there, but I can’t wait to leave. This is a great shot! Outdoor cafes in the dead of winter – New York provides so many services, including the development of hemorrhoids for the masses….

  • lol a real love and hate NYC comment there Sheila lol
