Guess the high pass is out then? by

Carved by ice and water,
A shallow reminder of high mountain passes and lake,
farmed by plough and pick,
flow now this river of history.

A view down Wensleydale in North Yorkshire, just before descending towards Hawes. The green grass and grazing sheep a stark contrast to the snow falling in the winds on the tops of the fell.

Converted into black and white and best viewed large.
