Ouseburn in Newcastle, an area of regeneration, hence the name of the image. From an area of heavy industry, hence these wonderful old buildings, to an area of culture and offices. Including an urban farm and heritage center..

The small river is now behind a lock, hence the high water level.

They actually look like floating in the air, don’t know if it’s due to the regeneration subsidies, to the high water level or to you special magic !

  • LOL some in the buildings are now worried about the continued high water level and the fact it is now stagnating more and want to the lock opened more often, so think they would settle for the floating on air bit right now ;) Thanks Helene

  • Thank you Tracy, at least the high water does get these reflections all the time now rather than waiting for the tide lol
