Spring blossom in the rush hour by

The first signs of spring in York.

This tree grows next to the River Ouse, framing the view of rush hour pedestrians as they cross Lendal Bridge, while the fragile flower buds open into the early morning sun.

This is brilliant, I like the way a bit of this tree pokes into the other shot of the couple on the bridge as well, you are so clever :)

  • LOL thanks Linda, glad you spotted that, part of the reason why I like the other shot

I feel another trip to York coming on.It has been 27 years this July! Wonder if the lads are up for it.

  • Should sort something out, just one problem I can see.. the pub group being over loaded given the amount of pubs here and all the members having taken the pledge and wishing others to know the dangers of such places ;)
