All along the watch towers
The view looking back along the coast of South Shields, starting with Marsden Bay and it’s stacks, past the Lees, into Sandhaven Beach and finally the estuary and harbour walls of Tynemouth with their lighthouses.
This shot was the last on a wonderful day along this section of the coast and seemed to sum up all of the features and the clouds.
Converted into pinhole black and white

Thank you Maris, seeing the coast is always a bitter sweet moment, for ever changing, giving and taking away in each moment, full of passion and calmness and we stand on it’s edge, no longer a real part from where we once came from

although i prefer the Hendrix version to the Dylan, i like your stacking of light on dark here. the sky really does roll on here in great soft contrast to the more gritty earth. well done my friend.
