Spitting Cave is located in the Portlock area of O’ahu’s east shore. It is a popular spot where tourists and locals alike jump off the cliff into the turbulent waters below. Many people have been killed performing this very feat. In fact, an ambulance crew treated two casualities just minutes prior to my photo session. Undaunted, Nalu was performing for the television camera crew that showed up. The video footage was later featured on the 10:00 local news. Canon 30D with Canon EF 18-55 mm lens.
