Waimea Shorebreak by Clark Takashima

Waimea Shorebreak by

Not for Sale This painting is 15’ x 30" and was inspired by a photo reference by Mr. Clark Little, who photographs the shorebreaks of the North Shore of Oahu. With his photo and my experiences of bodysurfing Waimea and other spots on Oahu has afforded me this glimpse of the second before one would dive under the potentially neck arranging axe of water of a four to six foot Hawaiian wave.
