Snapper Rocks is the first stop on “The Dream Tour Series”. It is the beginning of the “Superbank” a wave that is partially man-enhanced by a slurry pump that delivers sand at the point. Some say it is a perfect wave, but it also changed forever the aspects of Kirra a well loved break north of Snapper. Australia is home to some of the best breaks on earth. It is no wonder it has fostered world champions and fearless competitors through the span of modern surfing. From Micheal Peterson, Mark Richards, Wayne “Rabbit” Bartholomew, to “Occy” and 2007 world champ Mick Fanning.
