I will take anything you want to send along with me - good wishes and an open mind I think - I like spiritual towns – even if you are not necessarily part of the sect or belief - always good to go somewhere where that spirit hangs in the air. - appreciate your charm and your art - dave

    thanks - there were actually at least 4 kinds of herons there today, great grey, night, squacco, and western reef. It is a small fresh water lake in the dunes - full of fish – so they love it there—dave

    there is a small artificial lake at the foot of the dunes and it is full of fish – there are about 14 of the great grey herons who live there and yesterday there were also 12 night herons and squacco and western reef herons - it is a strange landscape to see these things together - thanks – dave

    I would never have expected to see grey herons in a desert never mind so many close together on a dune like this, it makes a wonderful image Dave and you did a perfect job on the exposure,
