8 Divine Law of Humility

Along the highways and the byways of the journey
When I feel all I have is bound to fail
When my boat is on the high seas in the distance
And the wind has all but blown out from my sails

I can pull my boat into any distant harbor
Knowing full well that here I’ll find repose
And the welcome here will be so filled with laughter
And never would this place be wrought with foes

For my heart has been so pure from the beginning
And my service has been filled with sweet desire
In giving so it is to aid the living
And reward is never brought to stoke the fire

It is the joy which gives the angels such sweet singing
It is the light which burns a path for all to see
For would the ocean ever fail to give the water
And there’s the lesson of humility

So come now to my lapping waters
In your pleasure wash your feet upon my shore
If you’d like to take a swim within my blue waves
You would be helping me to give you even more

For in receiving; you have aided me in giving
It is a gift that I accept so filled with joy
And in receiving; I am filled with living
And there’s the work I yearn so to employ

To wear this cloak; you wear a badge of honor
It is not a garment that fits one and all
But if you could find a size to snuggle into
You will find your heart to be quite warm

And that glowing will spread out a shinning wonder
Making all of those who see; become aware
That there walks a one whose heart is of the purist
And their service is way beyond compare.

Artist's Description

The Knowledge that without the life force of the creator you would know nothing, be nothing. Could not think, breath, move, exist. Thus is born gratitude.
Pure humility means that ego does not exist. Being in alignment and unity with the divine.
Having the courage to admit when you are wrong or do not know. Knowing you duty to serve and your place in the divine hierarchy.
Being grateful when enlightened to the truth.
Being modest and respectful to all.
Honouring your knowledge and work but also honouring the knowledge and work of others.
Acknowledging that everyone is unique and each has a piece of the puzzle of the whole.
Giving Service; helping others through humility.
