And so the soul begins its wayward journey home
And seated here with me, no longer more to roam
I’ve cried a million tears, upon a billion roads
And all I have to show, is that which I’ve been shown
Oh come my little flower. Those tears, they need not swell
For flowing on this river, of life that you call hell
For the beauty that’s within you, a majesty divine
For don’t you know your beauty, is really also…mine
For from my very flower, the seeds of you I’ve sown
And through my every power, I’ve watched my scattered grown
Through you I’ve felt your yearning; an anguish so sublime
And through your every turning, your anguish is so…mine.
For we are one together, through you I’ve felt it all
Even through your darkest hour, that which you call; ‘the fall’
For in rising from the ashes, your tentative first steps
I watched your eyes to open, in joy my heart; it wept
I watched you find your way through such darkness and disdain
And in your every hour, I learnt to feel your pain
For that has been my journey; I’m living it through you
And though you don’t remember, you and I, we two
Are one and the same item, you are my very spark
For thus it was we chose, to grow up through the dark
For there is our ascension, illuminated, free
For thus has been your journey; your journey here as me
For growing is through gnowing, and knowing is a lurk
For you only come to gnowing if you experience it at work
And now I see my flowers, right through the dull disguise
Are metamorphed in showers that fly into the skies
My seed has come full circle, my heart it shines with glee
My beautiful creations, fly home once more to me.
