It was a beautiful end to an equally beautiful day. I found myself aimlessly driving along the coastline, as I so often do when I make it home to New England to visit my folks. As I looked out across the marsh in the quiet coastal town of Saco, Maine, my heart skipped a beat — it was one of my infamous “Stop the truck!” kind of moments. So I ignored the “no parking” signs, moved onto the shoulder of the winding road, and watched in awe as the sky changed from late afternoon to twilight… subtle, beautiful, perfect.
