This is part of a series about rural field sprinklers. The plant life is so thick and plush it appears, from a distance, to be carpet like. You can see from the weeds on the side that anything that doesn’t get watered will dry up and turn yellow. Driving across the U.S last summer. I noticed the lack of irrigation from about the eastern part of Wyoming continuing into the corn belt, and to the east coast. I knew home was near as I started spying sprinklers again.
