Quand de mornes ennuis pareils à des tic-tacs / Sur nos pauvres esprits fatigués, gémissants / Dans leurs loges vieillies dont le bois usé craque / Et presse nos cerveaux d’un bruit assourdi…
Une fin de vie.
Le jour se lève. Au fond du lit, entre des draps trempés de sueur froide, j’ai mis un homme qui se meurt. La vie, c’est fait de gens qui meurent, et d’enfants qui naissent.
