Niki, I’d say that you’re on fire, but what would be different about that. I feel like the camera, here. I cannot help but to see her head snap, to visualize the moment prior to the shot. I’m not sure that I’ve had that sensation before from looking at a photo. You are a master at either manipulating us into the frame of your lens, or making us wish to be behind the view-finder. In either case, I seem to always want to have participated in your photos; you darw the viewer in with the intensity and implacability of gravity. Finally, I’m finding a language with which to speak of your work. Took long enough. Or, I could always just say, brilliant! xo, Rusty
