I took this picture a while ago when a bunch of “tall ships” were in town. The area was full of people (that I did not want in my shots) and happened to look up and see this dramatic view. I forgot about this picture for a while until I was going through some older photos and thought this would be a great shot to experiment with in Photoshop. Since I can’t draw worth a darn I’ve always tried to make the picture look like a sketch, which is harder than it sounds. Well, I think i finally made it work, and the effect suits the picture quite well – don’t you think?
