No matter what I endure today, here upon this earth,
I know that things will be ok through faith in my Father’s word.
I shall no longer sit and fret, coping alone with my trials,
My world has become a brighter place; with Jesus I’ll walk the miles.
I’ll wear His cloak of righteousness; ever proud will I be,
Though humanness some holes may bring, His forgiveness shall never cease.
The abundance of the good Lord’s love, will never know any bounds,
I’ll cherish our togetherness, even through the ups and downs.
With Jesus here inside my heart, right where I’ve asked Him to be,
I am content to await my Father’s will and abide by His plan for me.
